description:

A first vertical outdoor wind tunnel in Europe, situated in Sigulda. After a short preparation the group is provided with all the necessary equipment (special apparels, goggles, helmet, gloves etc.) and go to wind tunnel where an air stream of about 200 km/h takes them up to 20m high over the safety net. If necessary, the instructor will provide support in the beginning of the flight (flight lasts for 2 min). Activity depends on one's fitness and general sense of body balance, so small percentage of participants fail to fly, same goes to overweight persons.
